How Credits Work

One credit = one new project

Credits keep pricing simple and fair. You only spend a credit when you save a brand-new project for the first time. After that, updating or re-saving the same project is always free.

  • Re-saving / updating an existing project → free

  • Credits reset automatically at the start of each month

Billing FAQ

Common billing questions

You don't need one. A free account is an unlimited trial of every drawing tool — industrial and commercial buildings, multifamily apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, subdivision, generative and manual parking fill, parcel-from-map, the custom road builder — plus the full financial analysis. Nothing expires. Starter and Pro add what the Free plan deliberately holds back: saving projects to your account so you can reopen and iterate on them, exporting to PNG/PDF/CSV, print layout, 3D view, and the project dashboard. There is no separate free trial period for paid plans — you pay when you upgrade.
No — and this is the main thing the Free plan holds back. Your work is session-only: you can build a complete site plan with every tool, but closing the tab clears it. There is no way to reopen a plan the next day, refine it across several sittings, or keep two or three variations of the same site side by side to compare. Saving requires a paid plan, where one save credit creates a new project and re-saving that project afterwards is always free.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. Your saved projects remain accessible in read-only mode.
No. Credits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused credits expire and do not carry over. This keeps the pricing model simple and predictable.
Your saved projects remain in your account. You can still view and open them from your Dashboard, and every drawing tool stays available to you. What you lose is the ability to save new projects, export, and use the 3D view until you upgrade again.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro (or downgrade from Pro to Starter) at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Contact support if you'd like an immediate plan change.
