How it works
The tool queries public county GIS parcel services for the property you clicked and brings back its actual geometry — corners, jogs, and all — snapped to scale and ready to build on. There's nothing to download, no shapefile to import, and no account with a data provider to set up. When you select several adjacent parcels, their boundaries are merged into one clean assemblage so you can plan across a combined site.

Coverage
Parcel data comes straight from public county sources, so availability follows what those agencies publish. Coverage currently spans Florida and North Carolina, and we're adding more states as we wire up each region's GIS service. Everywhere else, the address search and satellite overlay still make hand-tracing a boundary quick.
