- Urban infill — double-loaded corridor buildings that fit a tight lot and wrap the frontage.
- Wrapped — units built around a structured parking deck, hiding the garage behind the building.
- Podium / parked infill — residential floors sitting on a parking podium for the densest sites.
Amenity spaces and floor editing
A community is more than its buildings. Add pools, courtyards, clubhouses, and rooftop amenity decks as part of the program, and the site reads the way a leasing brochure would.
