Property Empire Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
This policy explains how the Property Empire mobile app ("Property Empire", "the app", "we", "us") handles information. In short: we do not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send your data to us or to anyone else.
Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or any other personal information, and it does not use device identifiers to track you across apps or websites.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress (your city, buildings, staff, currencies and settings) is saved in a file on your device so you can carry on where you left off. This file stays on your device. It may be included in your device's own backups (for example iCloud Backup), which Apple handles under its privacy policy. We have no access to it.
In-app purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases of an in-game currency (Deeds). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. To deliver what you bought, the app receives a record of the transaction from Apple, which it keeps on your device so the same purchase is never delivered twice.
Advertising and analytics
This version of the app shows no advertising and uses no analytics or crash-reporting services. If a future version adds them, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the App Store listing's privacy details will say so.
Links to other websites
The app's Settings and Licenses screens can open web pages (such as this policy, or the pages crediting the music and font used in the game) in your browser. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Deleting your data
Because your progress is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes it (along with any copy in your device backups once those backups are deleted). There is no account or server-side data to delete.
Your rights
Data-protection laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights over personal information that a company holds about you. We hold none, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
